Could you leave everything behind?

That is one of the thoughts going through my mind.  For our daughter to become part of our family that is literally what she needs to do.  She will leave the only home she can probably remember as she has been there since she was 2, she will leave her friends and her country to gain a family.  When she leaves the orphanage it will be empty handed as everything, even the clothes on her back will stay behind.
